DONE 1/2/2008- Dossier arrives in Haiti~ Start of the process in Haiti.
DONE 2/?/2008 - Kobe's dossier and our dossier are legalized at the Minister of Foreign Affairs office- First Legalization
DONE 2/22/2008 - Dossier is deposited in IBESR. ~500-1000 dossiers from various countires are in this office at any given time each file is about 200 pages and each of which must be carefully read and approved.
DONE 11/21/2008 - Dossier is approved by IBESR!
DONE 11/21/2008 - Dossier is sent to Parquet- Courts
DONE 11/25/2008 - Dossier is approved by Parquet.
DONE 3/?/2009 - Courts- Second Legalization
DONE 3/?/2009 - Dossier enters Minister of Interior (MOI) - three departments for the file to pass through.
DONE 4/17/2009 - Dossier is signed out of MOI.
DONE 4/?/2009 - Dossier files are sent to the passport office for the printing of Kobe's passport.
DONE 4/?/2009 - Kobe's passport is issued!
DONE 5/22/3009 -UCSIC Approval
DONE 5/22/2009 - Visa application is filed and appointment in Haiti to receive the visa is scheduled!
DONE 5/27/2009 - Visa Appointment Scheduled for 5/27/2009

I have video of our little guy putting stuff on his head and walking around. True Haitian style... yes it makes me laugh.
