It appears he takes after his mommy (aka ME) in this respect.
And we all know lefty's are way kool kats!!!

- DONE 10/15/2007- We are matched with a child!
- DONE 10/17/2007- Notarized, translated, authenticated POA arrives in Haiti to start Kobe's dossier.
- DONE 1/2/2008- Dossier arrives in Haiti~ Start of the process in Haiti.
- DONE 2/?/2008 - Kobe's dossier and our dossier are legalized at the Minister of Foreign Affairs office- First Legalization
- DONE 2/22/2008 - Dossier is deposited in IBESR. ~500-1000 dossiers from various countires are in this office at any given time each file is about 200 pages and each of which must be carefully read and approved.
- DONE 11/21/2008 - Dossier is approved by IBESR!
- DONE 11/21/2008 - Dossier is sent to Parquet- Courts
- DONE 11/25/2008 - Dossier is approved by Parquet.
- DONE 3/?/2009 - Courts- Second Legalization
- DONE 3/?/2009 - Dossier enters Minister of Interior (MOI) - three departments for the file to pass through.
- DONE 4/17/2009 - Dossier is signed out of MOI.
- DONE 4/?/2009 - Dossier files are sent to the passport office for the printing of Kobe's passport.
- DONE 4/?/2009 - Kobe's passport is issued!
- DONE 5/22/3009 -UCSIC Approval
- DONE 5/22/2009 - Visa application is filed and appointment in Haiti to receive the visa is scheduled!
- DONE 5/27/2009 - Visa Appointment Scheduled for 5/27/2009
- 5/31/2009 - 6/5/2009 - We are bringing Kobe HOME!

I'm glad he'll have you to teach him to tie his shoes but who will teach him to use scissors?
hi kobes grammy, i have seen special left handed scissors for cool left handed kids, so dont worry about that. Oh i need to tell you that your grandson is soooooooo cute.
Actually I hate to burst your bubbles but I have a better solution...Kobe will not be allowed to use scissors until he's 25 they are far to0 dangerous.
well i guess that solves that problem then! but you know that little boy will have you wrapped around his little finger so if he wants to use scissors he will only have to ask once and you will say yes! be honest
In England we have special children's scissors that are great for little people prehaps i should send you some. I'm sure Kobe would love them, a pressie England.
I guess I should clarify. Kristi is a lefty but uses scissors with her right hand. I have lefty scissors just waiting for a "real" lefty to come along. Thank you Kerry for the kind words, we think Kobe is cute as well. We can't wait to get him home for some good old grandparent spoiling!
